If you are feeling a little hungry or thirsty around the pools stop by the “Phoenix Pool Bar”. The swim-up bar opens every day from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm; it offers delicious cocktails, fruit smoothies, and different appetizers to choose from, including vegetarian. If you want to spend a couple of hours in the springs, we also offer lunch and dinner service right on the spot; lunch and dinner are prepared at the “Azalia Restaurant”. Azalia Restaurant generally offers buffet style dinner service, an “a la carte” service is sometimes available too. Please ask reception for menu and service details. Want to organize special event? Our changing rooms are spacious and have a rustic finish, this makes them blend seamlessly into the surrounding gardens.The changing rooms are separate (Women’s and Men’s changing rooms) and have hot water showers, toilets and lockers.

1) Facilities. Paradise provides easy access both indoors and outdoors for wheelchair users. Our main pools have a beach style entrance that ease the pool access. The use of high grip materials for flooring, no sharp borders, and stainless steel handrails for every attraction entrance provide a safe environment for visitors. Though we don’t recommend being inside the pools while lightning occurs, we have a lightning rod installed inside the property to increase safety. 2) Valuables. In Paradise, we provide locker service for clothing and other belongings. Please ensure your locker is properly locked before you walk away. Paradise is not responsible for any lost valuables. If you bring with you valuables and jewelry, Paradise offers a valuable safe box to store these important items, please ask on your arrival for details.

We provide locks for lockers and towels for your convenience. These have no additional cost, but do require a temporary deposit of $10 per towel and $5 per lock; this money is returned once items are turned in. If items are not turned in, there is a charge of $15 per towel and $11 per lock. If you prefer, you can also bring your own towels. Our lockers can hold up to a medium size full backpack, they also are very safe, though we do not recommend to store valuables such as passports and jewerly in them. We do have safe service in case you want to store your valuables; if you are interested in this service, our team will gladly explain it to you upon your arrival.
