Health & Safety Measures for your visit

HEALTH & SAFETY MEASURES FOR YOUR VISIT

Find out about the new measures we are taking to make your stay in Costa Rica as memorable as always

For your safety, we have adopted special health protocols that apply to our collaborators and visitors. If you are thinking of visiting, we recommend you to read the following information. We are waiting for you, have a safe trip!

General Safety Measures

The following measures have been incorporated to procure a safe environment and experience to our guests:

  • Staff follow all safety protocols as directed by local authorities

  • Process in place to check health of guests 

  • Hand sanitizer in key areas

  • First aid kit available

  • Cashless payment available

  • Physical distancing rules

  • Screens or physical barriers placed between staff and guests in appropriate areas
  • Use of cleaning chemicals that are effective against Coronavirus
  • Guest accommodation is disinfected between stays
  • Guests can opt-out of accommodation cleaning service
  • Physical distancing in dining areas
  • Food can be delivered to guest accommodation
  • All plates, cutlery, glasses, and other tableware have been sanitized

Hotel Guest Protocol

Check-in:
  1. Please park in the hotel guest’s parking area. Follow directions from staff.
  2. Wear a mask to enter the front desk.
  3. Keep your distance from others at the front desk. If there are other guests being assisted, please take a seat in the designated areas inside and outside the reception until you get assisted.
  4. Wash your hands at the washing stations available both outside or inside the front desk.
  5. Follow cough and sneeze protocol at all times.
  6. It is recommended that you use the footbath containing shoe disinfectant solution at the entrance of the reception. Remove excess liquid on subsequent rugs.
  7. We recommend you to carry your own pen to sign the check-in document or other documents.
  8. Check-in staff will proceed to measure the temperature of all visitors.
  9. Check-in staff will proceed to ask about symptoms and fill in a form to identify probable COVID-19 cases. Guests presenting symptoms of the flu, runny nose, sore throat, cough, or fever will not be allowed. If a payment has already been made, you can expect a refund.
  10. To avoid handling cards or cash, we have bank accounts to make transfers, PayPal, or mobile SINPE (for Costa Ricans). Please request additional information to the receptionist, writing to info@paradisehotspringscr.com, 88100-123, or calling 2479-1380.
  11. For stays of two or more nights, please inform the receptionist if you wish to have your room cleaned.
  12. Inform the receptionist if you prefer to have breakfast in the room or in the restaurant.
During the stay:
  1. Make use of the different handwashing stations.
  2. Maintain physical distance, with people outside of your social bubble (partner or family members), in the different service areas.
  3. Take a shower, using soap, before entering the thermal pools.
  4. Respect the maximum capacity of each pool and jacuzzi according to the corresponding signs located at the entrance of each attraction.
  5. Please make dinner service reservations with a minimum of 3 hours in advance at 88-100-123 or 2479-1380 during reception hours from 7 am to 9 pm.
  6. We recommend maintaining the natural ventilation in the room as long as you are present inside the room.
Check out:
  1. Keep your distance from others at the front desk. If there are other guests being assisted, please take a seat in the designated areas inside and outside the reception until you get assisted.

Day Pass Visitor Protocol 

Check-in:
  1. Please park in the visitor parking area. Follow directions from staff. Please do not obstruct your vehicle at the entrance, exit, or paths to prevent the agglomeration of other vehicles or people.
  2. Wear a mask to enter the front desk.
  3. Keep your distance from other people outside of your social bubble (partner or family members) at all times. If there are other guests being assisted, please take a seat in the designated areas or stand up in line according to stickers installed on the floor.
  4. Wash your hands at the washing station located outside the reception.
  5. Follow cough and sneeze protocol at all times.
  6. We recommend that you bring your own pen to sign vouchers or documents.
  7. Staff will proceed to measure the temperature of all visitors.
  8. Staff will proceed to ask about symptoms. Guests with symptoms of the flu, runny nose, sore throat, cough, or fever will not be allowed. If a payment has already been made, you can expect a refund.

  1. Make frequent use of the different handwashing stations.
  2. Keep physical distance, from people outside of your social bubble (partner or family members), in the different service areas.
  3. Respect the maximum capacity of each pool and jacuzzi according to the corresponding signs located at the entrance of each attraction.
  4. Take a shower, using soap, before entering the thermal pools.
Check out:
  1. Please deposit used towels and padlocks in containers intended for that use. These containers are located outside the Front Desk.
  2. Wear a mask to enter the front desk.
  3. Keep distance. If there are other clients who are being assisted, please wait in line according to visual instructions or take a seat in the designated areas until your turn comes.
  4. Wash your hands at the washing station outside the reception.
  5. Follow cough and sneeze protocol at all times.
  6. We recommend that you bring your own pen to sign vouchers or documents.
